Pricing & Delivery
How Pricing Works
Every item in our collection is priced individually — browse The Collection to see rates as you build your wishlist. Pricing reflects a single three-day rental period; extended periods vary, so please speak with our sales team for details. All rental items are subject to an 18% labor and production fee.
Customer Pickup
Pickup orders must be at least $100 in rental value. Warehouse hours for pickups and returns are Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm.
Delivery
Orders must be at least $1,000 (including the 18% labor and production fee) to qualify for delivery. Delivery starts at $250 and increases based on distance from our warehouse or difficulty of access. The $250 starting rate covers basic round-trip delivery and pickup to and from a loading dock, garage, or carport; stairs or a walk over 50 feet from where we can park adds a fee.
Delivery includes a four-hour window during business hours (Monday–Saturday, 9am–4pm), and a designated on-site contact must be available during that window unless there is a secure, weather-protected area. A specific arrival time during business hours adds a $100 appointment surcharge; arrival before or after business hours adds a $250 after-hours surcharge per trip.
Setup & Breakdown Services
Items that require assembly — tents, stages, and dance floors — include setup and breakdown in the rental fee. For tables, chairs, barstools, and crowd-control items, our team can set up and break down your order for the per-item rates below. These arrangements are made prior to delivery on a case-by-case basis as time and labor permit.

All rates are per item. Setup and breakdown is a separate service, not part of your online estimate — our sales team confirms final setup costs with you.
Which rate applies: the folding rate covers our plastic folding and padded resin folding chairs only. All other chairs and all barstools use the stacking rate.
Tents
Tent quotes are based on the type and size of your event. As a rule of thumb, plan for 7–10 square feet per person for a ceremony or stand-up cocktail party, and 12–15 square feet per person for a seated event — not including space for stages, dance floors, buffets, and lounges. All tent pricing includes install and dismantle. Please speak with our sales team for an estimate.
